During his tenure at Sabre, he held pivotal roles in product management, delivery, and customer success, collaborating with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients worldwide. In 2023, he transitioned to BCD Travel to oversee the product success of TripCase, BCD’s proprietary online booking tool and travel commerce platform. Under his leadership, TripCase enhanced its capabilities, offering travelers a more intuitive and efficient booking experience.
