Steven has led the global travel team at Baker McKenzie, a leading international law firm, since 2019. In his role, Steven has been responsible for designing, building, and implementing Baker McKenzie’s first truly global travel program, which is also a first among large, global law firms. Steven is passionate about challenging the status quo and driving innovation and change within the business travel and expense industry. In building a modern, modular, and data-centric program, Steven has introduced best-in-class technology while maintaining a laser focus on service excellence and the user experience.
